This brand identity was created for a Cincinnati neighborhood bar. I was able to lead this project and work closely with designers on my team. We developed the mood board for the client as well as a tone of voice. This work led to the logo ideation, refinement of the mark, printed materials and website designs that are currenlty being finalized.
+ SeW A BUTTON ON A COW’S EAR
Freelance project completed Winter 2018
The Sew a Button on a Cow’s Ear identity was developed for a family owned and operated business that specialized is handmade soft goods and sewing accessories. Client requested a word mark and branding system, new social media profile pictures and cover photos, as well as retail tags. Patterns were derived from stitches on sewing machines and a secondary logo mark was requested for clothing tags. The cow icon was designed to be used in place of the primary logo, and not to be used with the primary logo.

Strategy and branding project for a local dog and cat training business in Cincinnati, Oh. Project began with brand evaluation, benchamrking, repositioning and evolved into logo development. I lead this project while working on a small design team. My main roles included moodboard development, benchmarking, market research, logo ideation, logo refinement, website deisgn and brand style guide development. Currently we are working to create the business website, business cards, t shirts, client forms and more.
+ REVEL URBAN WINERY
Work completed at Paperplane Creative Fall 2017
I worked closely with a group of designers to name and brand a local urban winery. We started the process by developing a name and a story for the brand. This lead to an in depth process of logo ideation and refinement until the final mark was created through a collaborative process. Following the final brand refinement we created wine labels, menus and other print collateral.
+ ANNAPURNA HANDMADE KNIVES

Branding and naming development for a local knife maker who wanted to sell his high performance kitchen and outdoor knives more seriously. We met periodically to brainstorm names and moved forward into logo ideation and development. Print materials followed and helped wrap up the assets needed to help ANNAPURNA stand out in the current market.

Branding and logo development for a newly formed renovation company. Worked with the owner to develop a clear and concise design language that communicated the tasks taken on by the handyman duo. The client wanted a unique, image driven identity paired with a logo which is able to stand independently.
